Merry Christmas From The Concrete Shamans
Designed to be raw, energetic, messy and exuberant, MCFTCS is a thrill-ride across genres reinventing Christmas Classics and creating new ones just in time for Christmas. Even though it a weird-pop album, it is also undeniably Christmasy. Conceived, written and recorded within a 3-week period, The Concrete Shamans pulled out all the stops to give people who hate Christmas Music, an album of their own.
Cruisin’ Thru The Multiverse
Originally conceived to be an instrumental album, CTTM emerged as a synthpop confection that exudes warmth and a distinct cruisin’ vibe. A last minute addition to the album is “Multiverse” a driving dark pop track with lead vocals by Patrick. Works great in the car on a road trip.
Cruisin’ Thru The Multiverse is a collection of sounds and music that shouldn’t logically fit together, yet they somehow form a cohesive audible adventure. Each of the tracks represents a turn–a split –into an alternate reality.
ALIEN TEMPLE
Conceived as an album specifically for stillness, resonation, and inner discovery, Alien Temple is more than just a music release. Each track on this album is over 15 minutes and is designed as a specific shamanic journey. Some are light and airy, others are dark and moody. A few have some energetic beats.
This is a very specific album for a very specific audience and, even though it was designed for shamanic journeying, it can also be used as meditation music or used with spoken word dharma talks or poetry.
Futura Robotica
The Concrete Shamans have just released their latest album, Futura Robotica. The album, which is now available on all major streaming platforms, features a total of seven tracks that showcase the group’s unique blend of electronic, world music, and retro-infused influences.
A highlight of the album is the title track, “Futura Robotica”. This track features a robotic voice reciting a litany of spiritual truths while a driving beat and scratched samples create a sense of futuristic wonder and emotional catharsis.
